Musician and human In 1971, during and after the recording of "Imagine", John Lennon and Yoko Ono made several film recordings in their home and studio in Tittenhurst and on their travels to London and New York. As a result, they created a concept film called "Imagine". The remaining documentary footage was later used for the Grammy Award-winning documentary "Gimme Some Truth" (The Making-of the "Imagine" Album). In 2018, "Imagine & Gimme Some Truth" is available again on DVD and Blu-ray. Both films have been restored and remastered from the original tapes. "Imagine" has received a fully remixed 5.1 soundtrack and "Gimme Some Truth" a remastered 5.1 soundtrack. These two DVDs document a piece of musical history: "Imagine & Gimme Some Truth" shows the musician and composer, producer and above all the man John Lennon. In addition to these films, John Lennon fans can look forward to "Imagine - The Ultimate Collection" in 2018.
