Böhme deliberately plays the chorale movements that precede the arrangement on a different, but by no means less historic instrument: the Hildebrandt organ in Störmthal from 1723, which Bach once inaugurated in person at a service after having already drawn up an expert report and conducted an acceptance of the instrument. An exemplary Bach recording.
