Slovak composer, producer, musician and singer Ivan Tásler, who is the frontman of the legendary band IMT Smile, released a solo album called Tásler in 2001, which is now being released on vinyl. The solo album, which he conceived in a modern sound, is a mixture of live instruments and sound effects. Guitarists Andrej Šeban and Juraj Kupec also played on it, and Richard Müller also contributed lyrics. This exceptional album is the result of a six-month collaboration with acclaimed multi-instrumentalist Oskar Rózsa. The first single, Salmon, which announced the forthcoming album at the end of 2001, was in the top five most played songs on Slovak radio for several weeks.
