Sessions from the Archive Green Day have dug deep into their archives to produce a 'new' album of rare BBC studio recordings from 1994 to 2001, 'BBC Sessions' comes from the punk icons' various excursions to the BBC's famous Maida Vale studios. A total of 16 songs await you in chronological order, starting with their first four-song set in 1994. Green Day had just released "Dookie" at that time, which became the cornerstone of their career and is now one of the best-selling albums in the world with over 20 million copies sold. Included are recordings of songs such as "When I Come Around" and "Basket Case". During the 1996 "Insomniac" tour, Green Day performed for the BBC and again played four songs including "Brain Stew/Jaded" and "Walking Contradiction". This was followed in 1998 by a session with "Nice Guys Finish Last" and "Hitchin' A Ride" as part of the release of the "Nimrod" album. In 2001, they played their last set for the BBC, featuring songs from 2000's "Warning" album, including "Church On Sunday" and "Minority". See below for the full track listing.
