Gary Moore: Live At Montreux 2010 version on CD in Standard edition. This particular edition was published in Europe in publishing company Eagle Records in cooperation with Montreux Sounds on 11. November 2022.
After a long period of mostly blues songs, Gary Moore returned to pure rock music in 2010. When he died suddenly on February 6, 2011, he was writing and working on a new rock album. This July 2010 Montreux concert was his last recorded performance. The setlist was based mainly on his highly successful rock albums from the 1980s with songs like "Over The Hills And Far Away", "Empty Rooms", "Out In The Fields" and the immortal "Parisienne Walkways", complemented by some unforgettable hits from his blues classics as well as three brand new numbers "Days Of Heroes", "Where Are You Now?" and "Oh Wild One", which were planned for an album that was sadly not completed due to his untimely death. Gary Moore was one of the UK's finest and most respected guitarists and this concert shows what a huge talent he has been sorely missed since his death. The bonus material on the simultaneously released DVD and Blu-ray (the concert is also available on CD without the bonus tracks) also includes four previously unreleased songs from Moore's 97 Montreux concert: 'One Good Reason', 'Oh Pretty Woman', 'Still Got The Blues' and 'Walking By Myself'.
