Slowhand is a 1977 Eric Clapton album. The album was recorded at Olympic Studios in London and produced by Glyn Johns. It was Clapton's fifth studio album and the first to feature his backing band Derek and the Dominos. The album was released on 2 November 1977 on RSO Records. The album reached number two on the UK album chart and number six on the US Billboard 200. It was certified triple platinum by the RIAA.
