This album is the soundtrack to the film "Milano Odia: La Polizia Non Puo' Sparare" (translation: "Milan Hates: The Police Can't Shoot"). The music was composed and conducted by Ennio Morricone. It was his first soundtrack to an Italian-language film since 1959's "Il Prato". The album was released on 3 December 2007 by Decca Records.
