Elvis Presley: Elvis Is Back! version on vinyl 2LP in 45 RPM edition. This particular edition was published in USA in publishing company Analogue Productions in cooperation with RCA Victor on 19. March 2010.

The highly publicized and gigantic return of the "King" certainly did not disappoint anyone. During his military service, Elvis fans waited anxiously for new material. Record company employees worried about whether he would still be able to spin hits, radio stations waited hungrily for something new to broadcast their on-demand concerts. All of this led to enormous pressure on Elvis to produce something that would live up to expectations. As it turned out, it was worth the huge yellow exclamation point on the cover! Almost immediately after leaving the service, Elvis went into the studio in March 1960 and recorded a series of songs that became monumental worldwide hits. The singles "Are You Lonesome Tonight" and "It's Now Or Never" created a huge wave of enthusiasm. And LP recordings such as "Fever", "The Thrill Of Your Love", "Dirty, Dirty Feeling" and "Like A Baby" confirmed that "The King" was still capable of producing an entire program full of incomparable material. If you want to explain to someone what your hobby is all about, listen to "Fever" on 4rpm. Just vocals, bass and finger snapping, it sounds so dark and haunting. That one song alone is worth buying.
