Lost but not forgotten Dream Theater not only released 14 albums during their 35-year career, but also played countless concerts. Several of these have been released as live albums. Many of them have been recorded. But the recordings have been lost in the band's archives. However, they have not been forgotten: in 2021, the progressive metal band launched a new album series "Lost Not Forgotten Archives". As part of this new collaboration between the band and the Inside Out label, the long-running YtseJam catalogue will be reissued, along with several brand new additions to this special collector's series. YtseJam Records, founded at the time by Mike Portnoy, was already the publisher of Dream Theater's official bootleg collection, which features live shows, demos and studio outtakes from throughout the band's career. As part of the "Lost Not Forgotten Archives" edition, the entire collection is being released for the first time on CD and vinyl with new packaging. The first all-new release of this restored archive series is called "Images And Words - Live In Japan, 2017". As the title suggests, this is a previously unreleased recording of a concert from the legendary Budokan in Tokyo, Japan in September 2017. It features Dream Theater playing their second studio album, 1992's "Images And Words", in its entirety from start to finish. "Lost Not Forgotten Archives.
