The history of Depeche Mode is inextricably linked to the history of remixing. Early on in their career, the band worked with some of the most promising remixers who were to become key figures in the remix scene: François Kevorkian, Adrian Sherwood, William Orbit, Portishead, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Underworld and Air.This "Best Of" remix project is available in three different formats, providing a survey of 20 years of remix history: as a single CD including a brand new mix of Mike Shinoda's (Linkin Park) "Enjoy The Silence", as a double album and as a double album containing a bonus disc with everything a collector's heart desires.
