On 'Take It Home', B. B. performs several pop-blues tunes, many of which he co-wrote with Will Jennings (Grammy and Oscar winner) and co-producer Joe Sample. The album features a seven-piece horn section and backing vocalists and highlights include 'Better Not Look Down', 'Same Old Story (Same Old Song)', 'Happy Birthday Blues' and the title track.
