New Zealand alternative rock band

Villainy is a rock band from New Zealand that formed in 2010. The group consists of James Dylan (vocals), Neill Fraser (guitar), Dave Johnston (drums), and Thom Watts (bass). They have made a significant impact on the New Zealand music scene with their hard-hitting rock sound. Villainy released their debut album, "Mode. Set. Clear." in 2012, which received critical acclaim and won them the Best Rock Album at the New Zealand Music Awards in 2013. Following up on their successful debut, they released "Villainy II: Dim" in 2015, which also garnered positive reviews and further established their presence in the rock genre. The band is known for their energetic live performances and has supported international acts as well as headlined tours across New Zealand.
