Transplants

Punk Rock Supergroup

Transplants is an American punk rock/rap rock supergroup formed in 1999 when Tim Armstrong, of the punk band Rancid, started collaborating with his friend Rob Aston. Armstrong's bandmate from Rancid, Matt Freeman, initially played bass for Transplants but left before the band's first album was recorded. The group's music is a fusion of various genres, including hip hop, reggae, drum and bass, dub, and punk rock, creating a distinct sound that reflects the diverse influences of its members.
