Susan Milan

Susan Milan is a renowned British flautist, recognized for her exceptional contributions to classical music both as a performer and an educator. Born in 1942, she was admitted to the Royal College of Music at the age of 16, where she later became a professor of flute. Throughout her illustrious career, Milan has performed as a soloist with major orchestras around the world and has been a member of the London Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Her repertoire is extensive, encompassing both traditional works and contemporary pieces, some of which have been composed specifically for her.
