Nasum was a Swedish grindcore band formed in 1992 by guitarist Mieszko Talarczyk and drummer Anders Jakobson. The band's name is derived from the Latin word for "nose," and they quickly became known for their intense, fast-paced music and political lyrics. Nasum released a series of albums that had a significant impact on the grindcore genre, including "Inhale/Exhale" in 1998, "Human 2.0" in 2000, and "Helvete" in 2003. These records are often cited as some of the most influential works in the grindcore scene, showcasing the band's ability to blend extreme metal with punk influences and a relentless drive.
