Michael Bruce

Rock Musician and Songwriter from the Band Alice Cooper

Michael Bruce is best known as a guitarist, keyboard player, and songwriter for the original Alice Cooper band. He was a key contributor to the development of their distinctive sound, which combined elements of rock, hard rock, and theatricality. Bruce co-wrote many of the band's hit songs, including classics like "I'm Eighteen" and "School's Out." After the Alice Cooper group disbanded in the mid-1970s, Michael Bruce pursued a solo career and released several albums. His work outside of Alice Cooper has been less commercially visible but continues to showcase his talents as a musician and composer.
