Meatbodies is a Los Angeles-based rock band that was formed in 2011. The group is known for its energetic garage rock and psychedelic sound. The band was started by Chad Ubovich, who had previously played with Mikal Cronin and Ty Segall, both influential figures in the California garage rock scene. Meatbodies' self-titled debut album was released in 2014 to positive reviews, showcasing their raw energy and guitar-driven tracks. Following their debut, they continued to build their reputation with dynamic live performances and further releases, including the albums "Alice" in 2017 and "333" in 2021.
