French Baroque Ensemble

Le Banquet Céleste is an early music ensemble that specializes in the performance of Baroque music, particularly the works of Johann Sebastian Bach and his contemporaries. The group was founded by the French countertenor Damien Guillon, who also serves as its artistic director. Since its inception, Le Banquet Céleste has gained recognition for its authentic and expressive interpretations of Baroque vocal and instrumental music, often using period instruments to achieve a sound that is faithful to the era's performance practices.
