King Charles' Head

The Dutch combo King Charles Head got together in 1995 as a trio. The musical focus was on the brothers Ivo & Rens in the young age of 15 and 16. Later on Arjan Spies (Majestic 3, later the Kik) joined and things got really started. Their main influences could be called the Treble Spankers & the Krontjong Devils. Crisply and freshly, they performed an old-fashioned surf sound, conjuring up memories of the reverb thunderbolts by Dick Dale.
