Intruder

Intruder is a thrash metal band that formed in the mid-1980s in Nashville, Tennessee. They were part of the American thrash metal movement and are known for their technical proficiency and aggressive playing style. The band's lineup during their most active period included vocalist Jimmy Hamilton, guitarists Arthur Vinett and Greg Messick, bassist Todd Nelson, and drummer John Pieroni. Intruder released three full-length albums: "Live to Die" in 1987, "A Higher Form of Killing" in 1989, and "Psycho Savant" in 1991. Although they never achieved mainstream success, they have garnered a cult following within the metal community. Their music is characterized by complex arrangements and thought-provoking lyrics, often touching on social and political themes. After disbanding in the early 1990s, Intruder has had occasional reunions and has been recognized for their contributions to the underground metal scene.
