Hamilton Leithauser is an American singer, songwriter, and musician best known as the lead vocalist of the indie rock band The Walkmen. After The Walkmen went on hiatus in 2013, Leithauser embarked on a solo career. He released his debut solo album "Black Hours" in 2014, which showcased a more personal and intimate side of his songwriting compared to his work with The Walkmen. Following this, Leithauser collaborated with Rostam Batmanglij, formerly of Vampire Weekend, to create the critically acclaimed album "I Had A Dream That You Were Mine" in 2016. This album featured the notable single "A 1000 Times." Continuing his solo endeavors, Leithauser released "The Loves Of Your Life" in 2020, an album that further cemented his reputation for crafting evocative narratives and heartfelt melodies.
