Half Man Half Biscuit

Half Man Half Biscuit

British satirical post-punk band

Half Man Half Biscuit is a UK indie rock band formed in 1984 in Birkenhead, Merseyside. The group is known for its satirical, sardonic lyrics and its blend of punk rock and folk influences. The band was originally composed of Nigel Blackwell (lead vocals, guitar), his brother Simon Blackwell (bass), Neil Crossley (bass since Simon's departure), David Lloyd (lead guitar), and Paul Wright (drums). They gained recognition with their 1985 debut album "Back in the DHSS," which became one of the best-selling independent records of the year.
