Gert Steinbäcker is an Austrian musician and songwriter, best known as a member of the band STS (Steinbäcker, Timischl, and Schiffkowitz), which was a highly successful pop-rock group in the German-speaking world. The band, formed in 1978, was known for their Austropop hits and their use of the Styrian dialect in their music.
