Ferre Grignard

Ferre Grignard

Belgian Folk and Blues Musician

Ferre Grignard was a Belgian folk singer and songwriter, known for his distinctive voice and bohemian lifestyle. Born in Antwerp in 1939, he rose to prominence in the 1960s with his hit song "Ring Ring, I've Got to Sing," which became popular across Europe. Grignard's music was influenced by American blues and folk, and he was often compared to Bob Dylan because of his raw vocal style and the social commentary in his lyrics.
