American saxophonist, flutist and clarinetist. Session musician since 1976, born 1958 in Indiana, USA. Brandon has recorded among others with Alex Acuña, David Benoit, Ray Charles, Stanley Clarke, Harry Connick Jr., Luis Conte, Terence Trent D'Arby, Neil Diamond, George Duke, David Garfield, Robben Ford, Al Jarreau, Elton John, Quincy Jones, Neil Larsen, Los Lobotomys, Michael McDonald, Bill Meyers, Alphonse Mouzon, Ricky Peterson, Tom Petty, Lionel Richie, The Rippingtons, Tower Of Power, Luther Vandross, Dave Weckl, Nancy Wilson and Phil Upchurch. Brandon has also played on several movie soundtracks, including Various - Bull Durham, Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (1988), James Horner - Class Action (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (1991), Various - Waiting To Exhale (Original Soundtrack Album) (1995), Various - 2 Days In The Valley (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (1996), Whitney Houston - The Preacher's Wife (Original Soundtrack Album) (1996), and Various - Austin Powers - The Spy Who Shagged Me (Music From The Motion Picture) (1999).
