After the mighty world tree Yggdrasil trembled and announced the end of the world, Fimbulwinter followed: three years of darkness and winter, during which mother nature took back what was rightfully hers. This marked the end of life as we know it. Ragnarok. But the surviving warriors will create a new world from the ashes of the old. And this is where the story of Odalheim begins. The Swedes release their eleventh studio album, Odalheim. And once again this powerful line-up of Johnny (bass and vocals), Fredrik (solo guitar), Tomas (rhythm guitar) and Anders (drums) have created a multi-faceted and anthemic album in the typical UNLEASHED format. The album "Odalheim" was produced by Fredrik Folkare and recorded at Chrome Studios in Sweden. The story of this legendary band does not need to be repeated again. If you do, here's the short version: Johnny Hexlund (bass and vocals) gathered a wild horde in 1989 after the demise of legendary underground death metal pioneers NIHILIST (the other members formed ENTOMBED).
