Originally released in July 1980, it was the first Ultravox album to feature Midge Ure on vocals and guitar. Produced by legendary German record producer Konrad "Conny" Plank, the album reached number 3 on the UK album chart and the top ten in Australia, New Zealand and several European countries. The album includes four UK Top 40 singles (All Stood Still, Passing Strangers and Sleepwalk) and the title track "Vienna", which reached number two in the UK and the Top 10 in seven countries. The single has sold over half a million copies in the UK. Ultravox's fourth album, 1980's Ultravox, is now available again in a remastered deluxe package with a bonus CD in the 2009 remaster. The album includes the worldwide smash hit "Vienna", which became the band's worldwide breakthrough. The second CD features b-sides of singles, live recordings and previously unreleased songs.
