"Jump On Board" is the sound of a band that is completely at peace with itself. Texas was influenced by Northern Soul, Disco, the Bee Gees and Orange Juice. In addition, Spiteri and her musical soulmate Johnny McElhone found each other as two first-rate songwriters. Texas is a breathtaking British success story that is far from over and has never sounded more alive than in 2017.
