American singer, songwriter and occasional actress Taylor Swift will delight with her next studio album two years after the release of her highly successful Red album.Already on her last album Taylor flirted more with pop than with American country, with which she once started her successful musical career. Her new album, which will be available at the end of October and will be her fifth studio effort, is, in the words of the singer herself, to be her first pop record, which is also inspired by the music of the 1980s. The twenty-four year old Pennsylvania native's album was simply titled 1989 and its release was preceded by the single Shake It Off...Taylor has recorded several songs in the past that were clear hits on first listen, but Shake It Off is clearly reigning supreme among them! In fact, the poppy and pleasantly upbeat song with a retro feel, which was once again produced by the Max Martin and Shellback testimonials, is incredibly infectious and you really only need to hear it once and you'll instantly fall in love with it!
