In 2018, this Australian "one-woman band" finally releases their first album. "Flow State" is the title of the album, which Sultana also produced herself. The singer and multi-instrumentalist recorded 13 songs for it. She collaborated with Matt Corby and Anderson Paak, among others, in writing the songs. The result of her work is an interesting blend of electro, pop, songwriting, reggae and soul. The singer has already revealed exactly what "Flow State" sounds like, thanks to the singles "Salvation", "Mystik" and "Murder To The Mind". And they are visible: Tash Sultana is one of the most exciting newcomers this year. "Flow State" is an impressive debut from an artist we're sure to hear more from.
