Roxy Music was an English rock band formed in 1971 by Bryan Ferry, who became the lead singer and main songwriter, and Phil Manzaner, who played guitar. Other members of the band were Brian Eno (synthesizers, keyboards), Andy Mackay (saxophone, oboe) and Paul Thompson (drums, percussion). The band's early music was glam rock, but they later experimented with art rock and electronic music.
