32 písní na 2 CD tvoří hlavní část "Some Guys Have All The Luck". Senzační kompilace, uspořádaná v chronologickém pořadí, obsahuje všechny největší hity Roda Stewarta od konce šedesátých let do roku 1998, počínaje ranými nahrávkami, jako jsou "Maggie Mae" a "You Wear It Well", disk 1 obsahuje "Stay With Me" z doby, kdy působil se skupinou Faces, po níž následovaly rané úspěchy "Every Picture Tells A Story" (1971) a "Never A Dull Moment" (1972). Samozřejmě nemohou chybět písně jako "Sailing", hit č. 1 "Tonight's The Night" (Gonna Be Alright), "You're In My Heart" a kultovní píseň "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy" z alba "Blondes Have More Fun" (1978), které prolomilo žebříčky.

Disk 2 pokračuje osmdesátými a devadesátými léty, včetně "Infatuation", "Some Guys Have All The Luck", "Love Touch", "Forever Young" a "Motown Song" z alba "Vagabond Heart" (1991), které se dostalo do top 10 hitparád.
