Second solo album on vinyl for the first time Robbie Williams fans have been waiting for a long time: Both "Life Thru A Lens" and "I've Been Expecting You" will be released on vinyl for the first time in 2021, completely remastered. "I've Been Expecting You" is the pop star's second solo album. It was originally released on 26 October 1998, a year after his solo debut "Life Thru A Lens" and three years after Robbie left boy band Take That. The album spawned four singles that reached the Top 5, including "Millennium" and "She's The One" and the songs "No Regrets" and "Strong". The song "No Regrets" features guest appearances by Neil Tennant of the Pet Shop Boys and Neil Hannon of The Divine Comedy. "I've Been Expecting You" reached number one in the UK chart and number 16 in Germany. It has also gone platinum ten times. As part of the reissue, both albums were remastered at the famous Abbey Road studios, pressed on 180g LPs and housed in gatefold sleeves with the original artwork. PS: The vinyl reissue of "Life Thru A Lens" can be found here. Robbie Williams rose to fame in the early 1990s as a member of the pop group Take That. However, the singer achieved much greater commercial success during his solo career, which he launched in 1996. Williams released seven singles and eleven of his twelve studio albums reached number one in the UK. Six of his albums have also been in the top 100 best-selling albums in the UK. To date, he has sold more than 77 million records worldwide.
