Pink Cream was formed in 1987 by Andi Deris, Alfred Koffler and Kosta Zafiriou, who were joined shortly thereafter by Dennis Ward. The original singer Dennis Ward, who joined Helloween three years later, can still be heard on "One Size Fits It All", which gives the album a special meaning for both Pink Cream 69 and Helloween fans, also because the song "Where the Eagle Learns to Fly" is also part of Helloween's repertoire.
