Ready for Romance was the third album by the German duo Modern Talking, released in 1986. The album was a commercial success, reaching number one in Germany and Austria and selling over six million copies worldwide. The album spawned four singles that reached the top five in Germany. The title track "Ready for Romance" became a number one hit in Germany and the other singles from the album, "Brother Louie", "Cheri Cheri Lady" and "You're My Heart, You're My Soul", reached the top five.
