One of the most in-demand and successful local bands of today, Mandrage, releases a new album after two years, this time with a distinctly pop setting, leaning on the edgy retro feel that brought the band a wide range of fans referring this time with a distinctly danceable undertone all the way back to the 60s.-Of course, there are not lacking distinctive hits like the summer romantic Beetles, the overblown Jaguar on the neck, the infectiously catchy She Smiled, the danceable Travolta, the new retromegahit Sangria, and fans of early Madrage and fans of their legendary experimental trips and the traditional intro will not be disappointed either.As a bonus, the album also contains a DVD with a concert recording from the last tour, which has been conceived, according to the title "O(d) of the beginning", in a very retrospective way and the arrangement of the individual songs has acquired a completely new dimension and suits the band very well.Basically, it is a live bestof, but in a special acoustic-swing guise, which is an unusual experience.
