Iron Maiden reissue, fifth! Parlophone Records continues its series of remastered Iron Maiden albums from the band's extensive catalogue with a fifth set of digipack CDs. This round includes two spectacular live recordings, Live After Death and Rock in Rio! Live After Death was recorded during the legendary year-long World Slavery Tour at California's Long Beach Arena in March 1985. The tour, which began in Poland in August 1984, included a total of 187 concerts worldwide and made Iron Maiden one of the biggest bands in the world. The album Live After Death, which includes recordings from both the Long Beach Arena and London's Hammersmith Apollo, is still considered one of the best live albums of all time. Rock In Rio was recorded on January 19, 2001 during the last show of the Brand New World tour at the iconic festival of the same name. The show took place in front of 100,000 fans and was subsequently televised around the world. The Live Collection - Remastered follows the recent release of The Studio Collection - Remastered, which presented the entire catalogue of Maiden's 16 studio albums in a four-part series. The albums feature high-quality audio from the 2015 Mastered for iTunes project and bring these versions of the collection to CD for the first time! As an added bonus for collectors, one CD from each group of releases is available in a box with special packaging and a special touch, namely a 1:24 scale figure and exclusive patch. In this fifth group, it's Live After Death with the cover art as a 3D figure.
