Two Icons, One Box "The Bowie Years" is the title of Iggy Pop's extensive new limited edition box dedicated to the period the godfather of punk spent with rock legend David Bowie in Berlin. In addition to the collaborative albums "The Idiot" and "Lust For Life" (both remastered), the seven CDs include several special concert recordings, including the live album "TV Eye" and three CDs of previously unreleased recordings of performances in London, Cleveland and Chicago in March 1977. The "The Bowie Years" box also contains several studio outtakes and alternative mixes. The whole thing is complemented by a 40-page booklet with interesting contributions from the musicians involved, discussions with fans and other information.
