Helloween are considered the kings of melodic speed metal and are popular far beyond their German homeland. In 1984, Noise Records released the sampler "Death Metal", which contained two Helloween tracks. The response from fans and critics alike was great, so Noise Records signed them and a year later released first a mini-LP and then the album "Walls Of Jericho". The album "Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part 1", released in 1987, was a major breakthrough and is still considered a classic of the genre.
