Einstürzende Neubauten: Silence Is Sexy version on CD in Standard edition. This particular edition was published in Germany in publishing company Indigo (2) in cooperation with Potomak on 5. July 2011.

The official birth of Einstürzende Neubauten is considered to be the concert played on April 1, 1980 at the legendary Moon Club in Berlin. And the anniversary celebration, which took place 30 years later at Berlin's Tresor club in 2010, showed that Einstürzende Neubauten are still among the living after three decades of intense musical ecstasy. Ten years earlier, in 2000, the album "Silence Is Sexy" was released, which almost completely renounced atonal noise attacks. Instead - not only in the opener "Sabrina" - actually quite conventional song structures and melodies prevail, making do with a few catchy sounds. Drummer FM Einheit was absent for the first time and Blixa Bargeld had previously played with Nick Cave for some time, which probably also contributed to the digestibility of "Silence Is Sexy", a melancholic pop album of the first order with sharp edges.
