Carpenter Brut returns with the soundtrack to the sci-fi epic "Blood Machines," next to which "Alien" looks like "When Harry Met Sally." "Blood Machines" is a 50-minute sci-fi/horror film directed by Seth Ickerman and scored by Carpenter Brut, who first appeared in Carpenter's "Turbo Killer" music video and whose characters return in "Blood Machines." With their passion for film and '80s music, the two teamed up in this adventure from David Sandberg, director of the worldwide hit "Kung Fury." "Blood Machines - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" tells the story of two space hunters who track down a machine that wants to break free. After they hunt it down, the two witness a mystical phenomenon: the spirit of a young woman is pulled from the corpse, as if the spaceship had a soul. In an attempt to understand her essence, they begin to chase the woman through space..... Carpenter Brut has released three EPs to date, titled "Trilogy" in 2015 and the studio album "Leather Teeth" (2018). He has also contributed original music to a number of soundtracks, including the successful video games "Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number" and "The Crew (Ubisoft)".
