Queen guitarist Brian May released his first solo album, "Another World", in 1998. The album was a mixture of rock and classical music and was well received by fans and critics alike. May played all the instruments on the album and wrote the songs himself. The album "Another World" was a departure from May's work with Queen and showed his versatility as a musician.
