It is the 44th album of his career and contains ten new songs that he recorded last winter. In addition to Dylan himself, who contributed keyboards, guitars, harmonica and vocals, Dylan's touring band played the remaining instruments.The album includes the songs "Thunder On The Mountain", "Spirit On The Water", "Workingman's Blues" and "When The Deal Goes Down", among others.Bob Dylan is one of the most famous and respected songwriters and musicians in music history. In a career spanning five decades, the sixty-five-year-old singer has sold more than one hundred million albums and played thousands of concerts around the world.His last two studio albums, "Time Out Of Mind" (1997) and "Love & Theft" (2001), are among the most commercially successful of Dylan's career. Both albums have sold more than a million copies in the US alone and were nominated for a Grammy Award in the "Album of the Year" category - in 1998, "Time Out Of Mind" won the world's most prestigious music award. In Germany, both albums reached the top ten of the Media Control chart.
