It's been four years since Dutch death doom band Asphyx, founded in 1987, released an album. "Deathhammer" was a huge success and was named "Album of the Month" in three magazines in this country (Rock Hard, Heavy, Legacy)! Now "Incoming Death", the ninth studio album, is out, offering fast, semi-crunchy short attacks and true doom monsters with somber guitar melodies. Meanwhile, there are thrashing mid-tempo slams and numbers riddled with Slayer references.
