Beady Eye

Beady Eye

British rock band

Beady Eye was a British rock band formed in 2009 by former members of Oasis, following the departure of lead guitarist and primary songwriter Noel Gallagher. The band consisted of Liam Gallagher (vocals), Gem Archer (guitar), Andy Bell (guitar), and Chris Sharrock (drums). They released their debut album, "Different Gear, Still Speeding," in 2011 to mixed reviews but achieved some commercial success. The album included singles such as "The Roller" and "Bring the Light." In 2013, Beady Eye released their second and final studio album, "BE," which was produced by Dave Sitek. The album showed a progression in their sound and received generally more favorable reviews than their debut. Despite the initial excitement surrounding the band's formation, Beady Eye never reached the same level of acclaim or success as Oasis. The group disbanded in 2014, with Liam Gallagher later pursuing a solo career.
