Cashwest Productions, Inc. (Terry Cashman and Tommy West, who build Cashman & West) started the label at the tail end of 1975. Crack The Sky was the first band, released an album on the label. The Canadian releases were distributed, marketed... first by Polydor Ltd. (2), changed to CBS Records Canada Ltd. approximately 1978 and later on to A&M Records Of Canada Limited The US distribution changed to CBS Records approximately 1977/78, as can be seen by different cat# series then. Label variations are known, so please provide images. Also describe in a clear way how to distinguish US and Canadian releases. German distribution was run by Ariola in the beginning.
