In 2000 Castle Music Ltd. is renamed Sanctuary Records Group Ltd., with that company continue to use the imprint to market the vast back catalogues. The imprint continued to be used until circa 2007, however as of 2018 Sanctuary Records Group Ltd. remains the registered rights owner to the trademark (label)
