Peter Knight

Peter Knight

British Folk Musician and Violinist

Peter Knight is not the artist, composer, or band responsible for the album "Days of Future Passed." That album is actually by The Moody Blues, a British rock band, and was released in 1967. Peter Knight was an English conductor and arranger who worked on the orchestral parts of the album. He collaborated with The Moody Blues to integrate classical music with rock, which was innovative at the time. Knight's contribution to "Days of Future Passed" helped to create a pioneering sound that combined rock with symphonic elements, a style that would later be known as progressive rock. Outside of his work with The Moody Blues, Peter Knight was known for his work in light music and for writing scores and arrangements for film and television.
