µ-Ziq (pronounced "music") is the stage name of Mike Paradinas, a British musician and record label owner who has been a significant figure in the electronic music scene since the early 1990s. Paradinas founded the record label Planet Mu, which has been instrumental in promoting various electronic music genres and artists. His own work as µ-Ziq is characterized by its inventive approach to electronic composition, blending elements of ambient, drum and bass, and IDM (Intelligent Dance Music). Over the years, µ-Ziq has released several albums that have been well-received within the electronic music community.
