In 1947, the owners parted ways, and Eduardo Baptista reincorporated the company as Fabrica De Discos Peerless, S.A.. In the 1990s, the company name was changed to Fabrica De Discos Peerless, S.A. De C.V.. Acquired by Warner Music Mexico in 2001.
